A zinc-rich primer for use with a wide range of heavy-duty systems and topcoats in both maintenance and new construction of bridges, tanks, pipelines, offshore structures and structural steel.
Interzinc 22 can also be used as a coating for tanks suitable for the transport of chemical cargoes (e.g. styrene) in accordance with the International Paint Chemical Resistance Guide. It provides excellent corrosion protection on properly prepared steel substrates, up to a temperature of 540ºC (1004ºF) when repainted with the proper finish. Fast-curing primer capable of being applied in a wide range of weather conditions.
Interzinc 22 is suitable as an internal lining of methanol and ethanol storage tanks.
