Each 3M™ PPS™ disposable cap and cup kit (first version, not compatible with 3M™ PPS™ 2.0 series products) contains 50 (or 75) disposable caps, 50 disposable cups and 24 sealing plugs; they are specifically designed for use with the 3M™ PPS™ paint preparation system. Each 3M™ PPS™ cap incorporates a welded filter that effectively filters paint during application. Choose caps with 125-micron filters, generally recommended for water-based paint materials, or 200-micron for traditional solvent-based. Always consult the paint manufacturer to ensure that the recommended filter is used for the material. Lid and disposable cup sizes are specifically intended for the 3M™ PPS™ (first version) range of cups and rings, allowing technicians to make graduated mixes up to 850 ml.
