Specifically designed as part of the International 3200 product series for use as a single or two-coat primer/finish painting system to protect heavy construction and mining machinery, agricultural equipment, trains, transport vehicles, handling and lifting equipment, pumps, valves, transmissions, and other small engines and machinery. The Interthane 3230HG is particularly suitable for use as a quick-drying system for fast handling times and increased throughput. This contributes to lower energy consumption and kiln emissions at temperatures of 40°C or lower compared to conventional emanel alkyd products that generally require drying temperatures above 40°C. The main features of Interthane 3230HG are: - Good adhesion properties on properly prepared steel, galvanized steel and stainless steel- No lead chromate- Fast handling times and fast drying at high solids by volume- Good color and gloss retention- Versatile application thickness to allow single or double layer applications
