NAUTICCLEAN 18 TEAK STEP 2 is an acid-based teak wood renovator formulated to revive teak and restore its original natural appearance. It is designed as a de-greying step, ideally used in combination with TEAK STEP 1, and does not attack teak, joints or stainless steel. Its main advantages are perfect and easy restoration without the need for rinsing between the two phases and a formula without hydrochloric acid.

Directions for use

  • Dosage: Apply pure or diluted up to 50% with water, depending on the condition of the teak.
  • Application sequence: After using TEAK STEP 1 and without rinsing, pour TEAK STEP 2 (pure or diluted) into a bucket.
  • Application method: Spread with a clean, soft deck brush following the grain of the wood.
  • Action: The product revives and lightens the teak as it is spread, helping it recover its original appearance.
  • Contact time: Leave to act for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Final rinse: Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water, helping with a soft deck brush to avoid damaging the teak fibres.
  • Important: Do not allow TEAK STEP 2 to dry on the teak wood surface.
