ROTATING: A rotating disc revolves around a central axis and the highest speed is recorded at the edge of the pads. The rotary motion is often the most invasive on the surface, generating substantial friction and heat that can cause burns, penetrating blows and rotation-induced spider web marks if used improperly. In the hands of a skilled operator, a rotary tool has the lowest vibration levels of any tool motion, but it can take a long time to learn how to use the tool properly. The rotary motion is usually reserved for polishing tasks.

ANTI-VIBRATION HANDLE
The innovative handle allows users to hold the polisher securely at different angles to increase accuracy and stability during the polishing process. The soft grip material and special design absorb and dissipate vibrations to improve operator comfort as well as protect delicate surfaces from damage. The new handle is included as standard with every tool.

ANTI-VIBRATION SIDE HANDLE
A soft-grip side handle reduces vibrations while polishing and provides comfortable control of the polisher. With a new design and specialized materials to absorb and dissipate machine vibrations, the handle can be placed on either side, depending on the operator's preference, and are included with the polisher's DLX kits.

9 METER LONG ELECTRICAL CABLE
The new extra long 9 meter heavy duty cable is sized to provide maximum power to the polisher for efficient and safe operation. The long cord saves time, steps and hassle as the user does not have to use extra extension cords when polishing all around a car.

ELECTRONIC SPEED CONTROL DIAL
A completely new variable speed dial allows speeds to be adjusted for specific applications. The dial features large numbers, the feel of a click to indicate speed changes, and is positioned so that it is simple to make adjustments during polishing operations.

PROGRESSIVE TRIGGER
Adding an additional level of control, the LH19E incorporates a progressive trigger. This trigger acts as a throttle that allows the operator to control the speed within the range of the dial to obtain exactly the desired speed and adjust it as quickly as necessary without interrupting the work.
